I assume you already know what a watermark is. But if you don’t, please see Watermarks in Word 2007.
In this tutorial you are going to learn how to insert Picture Watermarks in Word 2007. Please click the “Page Layout” Tab from the top ribbon menu. In the “Page Background” section of this tab please click “Watermark” button. You will see a dropdown menu. Now click “Custom Watermark”. As a result of doing this, you will see the following menu;
Please select “Picture Watermark” option from the menu shown in the snapshot and click “Select Picture” button. Now navigate to the image file you want to use as a watermark in your document and click “Insert”.
Apply your settings and click “OK”.
